Sun - Eastern Caribbean Voyager

My wife and I are considering doing the 10 day Eastern Caribbean Voyager on the Sun Princess on Dec. 29. It stops in St. Vincent, Grenada, St. Lucia, Martinique, St. Thomas and Princess Cay. We have already been to Grenada and St. Thomas, but would like any input on the other stops. We are primarily beach/snorkel people, but don't mind doing other activities like hiking, which is what we did on a previous trip to Grenada. Any input would be appreciated.
