Sterlings was setup at the Outside Grill area on the Dawn P and Ocean P when we were on them Sea Turtle. On the bad weather days they moved the dining into the Horizon Court. It is MUCH more memorable eating outside under the stars though and the Steaks were Fabulous. Yes they do still have the champagne waterfall and it is on the last Formal night.
