It's flat cost, but I will say this... if you are a sushi fan, don't hold your breath. Last fall we were on the Jewel and went to the sushi bar. The food was good, but the menu selection was weak. In other words, nothing creative, just the standard sushi fare. If I eat another California Roll, I'll heave!Same with the hibachi dining. Been there, done that.
