We went to the Sunset Resort for the day in 2006 when our ship was in Jamaica. We all really enjoyed it (group of 8 including an 8 year old boy). They have a beach, several pools, water slides, lazy river, hot tubs, volleyball courts, ping pong, etc. We called the resort directly to arrange our day there. They requested that we pay cash - I think it was around $55 per person (not exactly sure about that number, but I know it was around there). They even told us which cab company to take to get us there (apparently in Jamaica, there are some cabs you DO NOT take). Everything was included.....beach chairs, drinks, food. They had several restaurants there, I'm not sure if we could have eaten at any of them for free - we didn't try it. We ate at a cafe where they had hamburgers, hotdogs, grilled cheese, etc. It wasn't that good, but we didn't really come for the food anyway. The drinks were great. They had a full bar and could order anything we wanted. If we were to go back to Jamaica, we would go there again.
