I would suggest that if you are planning on watching the game in the sports bar that you get there very, very early! It's not a big area. I don't remember what big sporting event was on when we were on one of our cruises, but my husband and friend went to watch it in the sports bar and got there fairly early. There was no room whatsoever in there for them to even catch a glimpse of the event so I would say this being the Super Bowl that you get there early. You know, there are 2 formal evenings. Maybe you could skip the first one and go to the 2nd one? We used to go to both formal dinners but have cut one out on our last couple cruises so we don't have to get dressed up twice. Once is enough for us and we enjoy having dinner at the buffet for one night. Just a suggestion...don't know if your wife will mind that. I know my hubby would hate to miss that game. Good luck!
