It has been asked before, but I was wondering if anyone knows how to get day passes to any of the Sandels, Hedonism, or Couples.

I'm guessing you've already done this but just in case you didn't - did you check with each places online and ask there?
Also...if you don't get many other responses...you may want to re-ask the question on the Community Board where more than just Carnival people are. Someone there might have your answer.

I did email Sandals and Hedonism and got no response. But I have a feeling that the email did not get to the right people.....

I figured you already tried email....I hope you weren't offended. There are still a few people out there who don't think of that.
Perhaps a phone call might work better in this case? There doesn't seem to be any information on day passes on either the Sandals or the Couples site.

I called Sandals - we are going to be in St. Lucia for te day in December. They were very helpful, and told me that the day "passes" are up to the individual managers, and depend on the degree to which they are booked up. They gave me the name and phone number for the manager of the location we wanted, and recommended that we contact him directly a few days before we arrive to try to arrange to check out the facilities for a day. If they are not close to full up, I was told we have a good shot.

I emailed before our last cruise because we had interest in a day pass for the Montego Bay resort. They replied saying that we could purchase them for $80 pp but could not pre purchase, we had to come to the resort and get them the day we arrived.
