Hi htbh,Sounds like you have a have a very ambitious program in mind. Besides all the port excursions there is a lot of activity going on aboard ship and things could get a little hectic. You want to decide on early or late dining, if she enjoys getting dressed up late seating will allow time after you get back after shore excursions. Romantic table for two or an interesting larger table? Do you have an option for a specialty dining room experience? Flowers and champaign in the room? Maybe bring a memorable bottle of wine or champaign aboard. Maybe a special occasions event ( cake and waiters singing) to commemorate the event. It might be better to arrange one excursion in each port and research the options available to leave room for some flexibility. Your planning so far should really make a positive impression.
