If you can I would spring for a balcony. Nothing more breath taking than watching a caribbean sunset. I would seriously suggest a table for two for more romantic dinners. Call your agent or cruise line and explain that you are getting engaged and I'm sure they will give you a table for two. Also the cruise line themselves might have some suggestions on ways to make your trip more special.
