You are not alone on the Tahitian Princess on this cruise. My wife and I will also be on this cruise. This will be our 9th cruise to Alaska, our favorite place to cruise. We will be onboard for our 36th Anniversary. You won't be able to miss us. I am the big hairy guy and my wife is the little lady with the big blue leg brace LOL. Feel free to say hello or if you want to meet up just let us know.

[large]At least there will be 4 of us. This will be my 3rd cruise to Alaska and my husband's 2nd. We are celebrating our 21st Anniversary, we tried to celebrate our 20th last year with a cruise to Hawaii but he was deployed to Iraq. He is returning in 2 weeks. I don't know if I am more excited about his return or the cruise. Just look for the big Marine with the jarhead haircut.

Well tell your husband welcome home and we will keep an eye out for you onboard. You may see us many times on the Prominade deck watching for whales or at the coffee bar letting the BS fly LOL.

We will also be watching for whales. In my two other trips to Alaska I didn't see any. So I am hopeful on this trip.

Whale watching is one of our favorite things and we have been fortunate to see whales every trip. If you want an excellent chance at seeing whales I suggest whale watching in Juneau. I do suggest going with Orca Enterprise and Captain Larry if you want the best chance of seeing whales. He only takes smaller groups and is excellent at explaining things. We are already booked with him for two excursions when we get to Juneau.
If we meet up on the ship I can give you helpfull hints on how to look for the whales. There is a little trick to it but it is easier then you think.

Would love to learn how to spot whales, we'll have to meet you on the promenade deck when we are at sea or going into someplace that we might see whales. We are booked on a whale and wildlife excursion in Juneau and if you don't see a whale you get some of your money back so I figures that would be our best bet. Is there anyone else going on this cruise??
