Taxi's and transportaion in the Western Carribean

I have been checking out different shore excursions in the Western Caribbean. When they talk about Taxi's or transportion it's listed up to four passengers. I will be traveling with the family of five age range from 43 to 10. Will we have problems getting one taxi?
