Thanksgiving on Princess ships?

I will be aboard the Grand Princess for Thanksgiving this year. Do the restaurants do a traditional Thanksgiving meal? I would expect they do. How is it?

This will be my 6th Thanksgiving cruise (also sailing on the Grand) and we have always had turkey on Thanksgiving day.
