2-8 oz cream cheese, softened
4T milk

4T dried onion FLAKES
1/2 t pepper (more or less to your taste)

Blend cream cheese and milk. Cut beef up into fine pieces. (I use scissors) Add to cream cheese/milk with all other ingredients. Bake until hot and bubbly, stirring every few minutes.

**this sounds TERRIBLE. It is THE BEST. Everyone "expects" this when they come to my house. I have been making this for 27 years and figured everyone would be "sick of this" by now. I had the rehearsal dinner in May when DS got married and when I asked them what they wanted me to have (there were 31 people!) they said it was up to me, but BE SURE to make my "beef dip." I x'ed 6 this (really!) and there was nothing left! A tip: put a little bit in a bowl in the fridge. It micro's very well. Because when you go to have some it will be gone and you can look forward to eating some for breakfast the next day :lol SHHH!!!
