Something must be right with the cosmos. The Upgrade Fairy just placed us in a VA veranda from an F outside stateroom. It is going to be a great 20 day Mediterranean cruise. Hope others do as well.:clap::sunny:

The Nieuw Amsterdam is a lovely ship. We sailed on her last year for 2 weeks over Thansgiving.

We loved the Silk Den for cocktails and the Tamarind Restaurant -- PanAsian food.

We did well this past June when we were able to upsell from N guarantee to a midship cat C for less than $200. This was on the Amsterdam, 14 day Seattle roundtrip to Alaska. Currently have an SY guarantee booked for February on the Westerdam. Might we get a reasonable upsell to a full suite? I can always hope, but the SY will do just fine!
