We are sailing for the first time on Celebrity in October for 13 days and was wanted to know is there are charge to use this pool?

We booked a concierge class and I thought that I read that there was no charge to use it if you booked a CC class or higher.

If not then what is the charge? is it per week or per day?

Thanks

There is no charge for the T Pool on the Millennium-class ships. On the other ships there is a charge which is either by the day or a flat fee for the cruise, length dependent.

There is also no thalassotherapy pool on the Zenith or Horizon. So it does depend on what ship you are sailing on as to whether or not there is a charge,or even a T-pool, that is why I was wondering :wave

A few years ago, when we sailed on the Mercury, use of the thalassotherapy pool was $50. for the week, or $10. for one day. Also you were allowed to used the T-pool free of charge for the 30 minutes before or after any spa treatment. I tried it just before my massage. After 30 minutes in that pool, I didn't need a massage.

When we sailed on the Mille, it was free, but I didn't think the Mille's T-pool was as powerful as the one on the Mercury.

msteimel,
Then there won't be a charge for the T-pool. It is on the same deck as the regular pool and is open to the public. It is covered by a dome and is nice. It is not the same kind of T-pool as the Century class ships which charge for use.It has the jets and is salt water and kept around body temp. It is not hot like a hot tub. Although when we were on the Millie the first day it was kind of cold, they must have just changed the water and by the last day it was toastie in there so the temp can change.I hope you have a great cruise :wave

Is the pool too hot? Can a person with high blood pressure (but under medication and controlled) use it?

Like I mentioned above it is body temp and not hot like a hot tub. So yes it should be fine. Since it is heated to only what your body temp is approx. 98 degrees it is not hot. With the exception of our last day on the cruise when I felt it was warmer than body temp but still not hot like a hot tub.

There is the no charge "T" pool and also a pool that they charge for that has a different type of "T" and some other things also. The sauna is also free on the Millennium class ships. There is a wonderful diet like buffett at this pool, and I like there salmon Tartar which I walk all the way from the upstairs dining area and carry it back to eat with my group.

Re T Pool on Century I was also on an April cruise. A weeks charge for the T pool (free if you are in a suite) is $60 PLUS a mandatory $6 SERVICE CHARGE for writing up the bill. Sure seemed like $66 to me. It is great before heading for slumber.
