Hi,I posted a review of the Carnival Spirit in the Reviews section of this board -- we went last February on this same itinerary. In Belize I recommend the Altun Ha / River Wallace Tour-- a great tour of the Mayan site and of the river and all of the wild life. In Costa Rica we did the Green Train tour which was neat, saw the beuatiful countryside and banana plantations. In Panama you MUST splurge and take the Canal Tour, the BIG one that costs 165 per person. You get to go through 2 sets of locks, the Miraflores and the Pedro Miguel locks. The canal is an amzing thing to see and to go through part of it on a ferry boat is a once in a lifetime change, unless you come back and go through on a cruise ship!
