We will be cruising on the Carnival Pride next April 2013....
The 3 Ports are the 2 on the Bahamas and Port of Orlando.

I am looking for things to do while here.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated
Thank you

The Breezes Bahamas all inclusive resort offers a day pass. We have done that several times. Also, don't miss the Straw Market.

Enjoy!!

Of course you mean Port Canaveral. Many people like to head over to the various theme parks, and if this is your thing, I highly suggest you rent a car and drive there on your own. If you book thru Carnival, they charge $150 -$170 pp depending on the park. Admissions at most parks are around $80, so that means that $70 -$90 is being charged for "transportation" (and profit). You can easily rent a car for the day for less than $100, and most rental companies will pick you up at the pier, and bring you back. For a family of 4, this can save you $300 or more. Many people will just head over to nearby Cocoa Beach. There is a low cost shuttle that will take you from the pier and bring you back.
We have been to Nassau so many times, sometimes we don't even get off the ship anymore. We have stayed at the Atlantis and it is beautiful, but excursions from the ship and day passes to Atlantis are very expensive. We will sometimes head over to Cable Beach and grab a day pass at the Wyndham for $40 bucks that includes a buffet lunch. Nice beach, pool with swim up bar, water slide etc. Carnival also sells this for about twice the price, so better to do it on your own. You can also get a day pass at the Colony Beach Hotel which is right next to the port.
In Freeport, grab a cab and head to Port Lucaya. Nice beach and they have a Marketplace across the street with shops and places to eat.
