For the NCL Dawn, the third and fourth passengers are free for the Dec. 11 sailing out of New York. =eek =eek =eek They don't even have to pay port charges! All they have to pay is the government fees of $123.42 each. I have never seen anything like this - even the reps. at NCL were shocked. This is a great opportunity for families out there to cruise inexpensively! =eek :dance :thumb
