THE PRICING IS AWESOME!

I can get a suite on carnival for hundreds less (even with airfare included) than any other one I have seen! I have booked my first cruise with them (sailing November 15th,2008) and I have found the pricing beyond compare for my type of cruise and trust me I have compared HUNDREDS of cruises to theirs...I always come back to Carnival....that experience will teach me to follow my instincts next time....Carnival was the first cruise line I looked at...heehee...

Has anyone else encountered this wonderful circumstance?

Please let me know your experiences!

You are absolutely right, Carnival always has the best bang for your buck, and with a suite you get priority embarkation. Something you will thoroughly enjoy as Carnival still hasn't quite gotten down moving the lines during the embarkation process.

I have never cruised any other line but Carnival. I never even look at any other lines.

For our next cruise we were recently upgraded and we got a significant savings on top of the upgrade.

We booked a suite on our cruise with Carnival and loved it. Very nice, lots of space. Enjoy your suite!

No doubt Beth, Carnival is the best deal going. We have always sailed with Carnival. We always shop for deals and seem to get upgraded every time. We booked the Glory this year, Oct 11th, Eastern Carribean. Two weeks later, we recieved a special from Carnival for a 5 day cruise on the Fantasy, Western Carribean. It was too good to pass up. So we leave Feb 9th. Sorry about the PATS. Another one of our Louisiana boys won it all. Hope to meet some of you soon on our next cruise. Happy Cruising!!

Occasionally I'm inclined to stray, and I have. However, I am a sucker for a great deal and I usually get that with Carnival.

Hi Beth,
My husband and I usually cruise Princess. Our daughter is graduating in June from college. My husband and I are celebrating financial freedomy by cruise to Alcapulco in Oct. Since this is grad year we couldn't afford anything too extravagant. So we looked into Princess and usual. When we compared the same cruise to Carnival it was $1500 cheaper. We're mid 40's and heard Carnival was the party ship but to save $1500 we will be PARTYING !!!!!

Carnival is great if you're looking to be around younger, fun folks. We've sailed on Royal, NCL, and Celebrity, and we keep coming back to Carnival because we just can't stand being on a ship with a bunch of fuddy duddys.

Also Carnival gives me a killer discount for being ex military, the best discount they have.

Cruisechat, dh and I are 40ish and we love the party ship and never even think about cruising with another line. We have the greatest Carnival Vacation Planner (Paxton) he always looks out for our best interest and alerts us about stuff. Dh and I are complete opposites during cruises I rest and recooperate and he explores the ship from top to bottom. Congrats on saving the $$$$ enjoy your cruise.

we have done four Carnival Cruises and are planning our 5th. With kids I keep looking at Disney but I can not justify the extra $2000 it would cost. My kids love Carnival and so do we, so why change a good thing? We have also gotten great upgrades, once to a balcony suite from an oceanview, what dumb luck! We loved the priority embarkation and the balcony. Will always book the cheapest and wish for the best, has worked each time!
