hello,we took the sensation cruise from tampa to gc and cozumel on july 19, 04. when i booked our excursion with capt. marvin in grand cayman they told me that GC is on eastern time, however they do not spring forward to fall back. when our time changes in the spring we are 1 hour ahead, in the fall when we go back we are on the same time as grand cayman. while in cozumel the cruise director warned not to ask the locals for the time, because they are 1 hour behind us as well.
