I haven't cruise Celebrity yet but will in September and I've done tons of research about them so I can help with a few things.....1. $1-2 per bag seems right no matter what line.3. You should tip room service each time as you will probably not get the same person twice.Alternative dining (buffet) has a small charge about $2.00 per person. This is the tip for the servers.No jeans in the dining room. Slacks and a golf shirt on casual nights. Informal is what used to be called semi-formal so a jacket and tie are recommended.Hope this helps
