Carnival asks that you tip the Maitre D since a tip is not included for them. We did tip extra to both our waiters and cabin steward and we also tipped the Maitre D. You can also tip anyone else you feel gave especially good service. We tipped the girl at the specialty coffee/dessert cafe.
