BlueChefI do not make sense to me that the cash that I give to my waiter or room steward would have to be shared with the other waiters or stewards. It has been my practice since the automatic tipping process started a few years ago, is to remove the auto tips and give cash to my wait staff and steward.I do understand that some people do not tip the recommended amount and the automatic tipping may help prevent someone from "forgetting" to tip.
