On Carnival you can prepay tips ahead of time or they will automatically add tips to your Sail and Sign card. If you are saying you have prepaid your tips before sailing make sure you check your bill to see that they don't add an additional automatic tip on your card. This happened to a friend of ours. They prepaid the tip when they booked and when they were checking their Sail & Sign bill they had the automatic tip also added in.It is wise to check the Sail and Sign bill anyway.
