ROTFLMAO Just received an invitation to a 1 on 1 meeting next Tues. for yearly objectives discussions. :whistle: Needless to say I replied back with ... The Bloody Mary with be waiting for our discussion at the Calypso pool. I got a reply back promptly accepting my invitation ... jokingly of course and saying have a nice trip. :sunny:

E - it is funny that you mention this. We have what sounds like a similar process here at Eaton and it was absolutely mandatory that the conversation take place with my supervisor before I leave. Long story short, as of Tuesday of this week, my year is now planned and duely entered into the performance database. I can now begin the "Round Up" with a completely clear work agenda - yahoo!!!
