Carnival is the only cruise line that allows topless sunbathing on the funnel deck; they also allow thongs.Topless beaches: the ones we know of are at Orient Beach in St. Martin; Eagle Beach in front of the Manchebo Beach Resort and the Bucuti Resort in Aruba. Jamaica, particularly in Negril and there are several resorts in Cancun/Cozumel/Maya Riveria that allow topless sunbathing in Mexico-- those resorts are usually designated as adults only. Other Caribbean islands of French heritage such as Martinique, Guadeloupe also have a number of topless beaches. You will need to do some research on specific islands to find out exactly where those beaches are. Go to your nearest Barnes & Noble or Borders bookstore and in their travel section there should be books on "Nude Beaches" which includes both topless and au natural sunbathing in North America and the Caribbean.
