I have been on 20 cruises and I have NEVER found the cruise price to be cheaper than what I found through travel agents.I just booked (yesterday) a cruise (also on the Carnival Liberty) with Elaine at VCA Travel (866-698-2220). I don't care if you use her or not, but if you do, please tell her that I referred you, as maybe I will get an upgrade! As an example, on my particular sailing, Carnival quoted me a price that was $58 per person more than what I booked with Elaine. That basically is a free excursion!Anyway, if you still want to see if you are getting the best deal, go to cruise compete dot com and type in the info and you will get 4-8 cruise quotes from different travel agents. that is how I found Elaine for my recent booking.hope that helps!snorkelman
