For those wishing to save it to your computer for printing just right click on it and Click the Save Image As and select a folder on your computer to save it to. Then U can print it out on your Puter for a Cover Page for your Travel Folder for this Group Cruise.

And we already have all our folders assembled.

We use those folders with the solid plastic back page, and a clear plastic front.
We place the photo in the front, so the folder is easily identifiable. Then we place the itinerary, any island info, hotel, travel etc.

We place the first things needed.. like the plane documents.. at the back. So as we need them they are so easy to find and remove without having to remove a lot of pages to get to them.

This way we have one folder to hold everything. Plus I bought one of those small zipped clear plastic inserts that has three holes along one edge.
This goes at the back of the folder to hold the small important things. For instance.. that is where we place the luggage tags for the ship until we are ready to attach them.

Red that is a great idea! Here in Canada we call them duo tang folders? Is that what they are - cause they look like it. I bought a pink vinyl folder a few years ago, it has 4 pages each with pockets. I've been using that, and as I print stuff it goes into the appropriate pocket. I like your idea since it has the picture on the front! Will have to look for them.

Terry, I do not have a clue as to what they are called.
But here is a photo of one empty, with the yellow plastic "pocket" that we keep all of the small things in. I hope this helps.

And here is something else that Einstein does as a help to me. he also prints out a photo showing our cabin location (when it is an outside) and places a yellow box around the cabin.

As most documents these days are printed out from home, putting them in there is a real help. And when we get to the airport and we need the tickets, we just have to turn to the back and get them. Then the next page(s) is any rental car/shuttle to the hotel. The next pages are related to the Hotel.. then the cruise.. You see what I mean? :)

I use a folder I got a AAA Map folder. I print docs and put in in order, lst pocket hotel at airport, 2nd pocket air tickets, hotel at port of sailing. If shuttles are involved have a sleeve I put them in. Usually works real well if I get everything printed. I fold and on outside in big black letters put hotel-KC, airplane, shuttle, airport, cruise info. This folder fits into my carryon bag or big purse.

I thought we were all a little nutty for booking a cruise about 15 months ahead of sail date. But here I see addicts booking 2 or 3 or even more cruises at the same time! I can't think that far ahead. And you are all soooooo organized. Love the folder ideas.

Is a "ghost booking" like what NCL offers where we can sign up for a cruise without deciding which one til later? NCL is offering $100 OBC to use on a current cruise if we sign up for a later one. (At least I think that's how it works.) Can't go wrong with that deal.

Bar, yes... with Princess it works as a deposit on an future cruise you choose, and your cabin credit is determined by the type of cabin you book.

Cruise length:
7 - 9 days ......$25 PP inside cabins, $50 PP for outside
10 -15 days....$75PP inside cabins, $100PP for outside
16 + days.....$125PP inside cabins, $150PP for outside

so for this particular cruise the cabin credits are the
10 -15 days....$75PP inside cabins, $100PP for outside
