Although my personal experiences with Celebrity customer service has been rather positive, I have read many postings from people whe are irate about it. I tried using local travel agents on numerous occasions & have not had good experiences either. We booked a few times with BuyCruises.com & found them to have very good pricing, along with a strong customer service department. We used their website to shop but called directly to book.Good luck.
