If you are truly an @ddict, you will be needing that tux again and again. Better to buy a tux than to rent one repeatedly. Get a decent tux and have it correctly tailored, then add accessories so you won't look like the same penguin twice per week on the cruise. Having your own tux will insure you don't get the typical sloppy fit of rental goods.I have a good tux, but I bought a wacky cummerbund-bowtie set off ebay last month. I also picked up a white dinner jacket, a nice vest-bowtie combo, and some sharp stud & cufflink sets cheap too. Our next cruise will have three formal nights, so this will give me some variety.The cost of two rentals could more than pay for the complete formal attire you will need.I know this isn't what you asked for, but you might consider it a way to save money while saving face.
