The Handicapped cabins are great (in my opinion anyway...) we stayed in one a while ago.  What they've done is put two handicapped cabins in the space of three regular cabins, so you've got a cabin that's one and a half times the width of a regular cabin ...which also makes the balcony one and a half times as large.  If you are in a BA, I assume you're on the Caribe deck - - C301-304 ??   If so, you also have the balcony that's deeper as well, so you'll have a huge space out there.

The only noticeable difference was in the bathroom;  It's huge, it has an elevated toilet, and the shower is a roll-in, so there is no ledge and the water that doesn't make it into the drains tends to run all over the bathroom ...and in our case a little onto the carpet outside the bathroom (no ledge in the bathroom doorway either) ...but the room steward took care of all that.

You will not be scorned by your fellow passengers - - the assumption is that the cabin was not needed.
