I am a past guest times 8- And havenot been upgraded yet.In my theories..and everyone has them.. the people who paid the most will get upgraded first. SInce you are booking so far in advance the prices will raise over the course of the next months.-we booked the Liberty Nov 2005 for august 2007 for only 388 and the price is more then doubled what we paid== 700+ ppIf you want the oceanview-- or even one with a port hole I suggest booking the cabin directly..By reading message boards youwould think it happens a lot with people booking inside cabins and getting upgraded to the next category= it is rare but it does happen. most people get the same category but only higher on the ship.if you want a cheap room check out 1Ascabin #2462 or 2465 which is the cheapest room on the whole ship.These cabins feature 2 windows...not one like the oceanview cabins. and the room is huge.
