That's one of the reasons why BF guarantee rates are so popular... there are only 4 BF cabins on the whole ship, so the odds of actually getting one are very long... same with BE.  They go to people who actually book in that category, and they go fast since they are the lowest priced balconies.  As much as we'd all like to believe that it's our loyalty to Princess... it's really about filling up the ship and maximizing revenue.
