Hello. This might be a silly question, but do any of you HAL veterans have any tips or info for receiveing an upgrade? Is it even possible without paying more? We are set to sail 10-30-04 on the Zuiderdam for the Eastern Caribbean and have an A class outside verrandah room, but would like to see if we can't get upgraded to a suite. Any input is aappreciated. Thanks.
