your best bet is to watch the prices on different sites and notify your agent if any thing is lower in price since you booked. I did that in late june on victory got a room credit of 300.00 since prices came down in my cat. I called purser after we embarked to see if we could get a larger room {Suite) they were full they upgrade from within already paid and booked beforehand. I just called and upgraded my 9A to cat 11 for my jan cruise the price was lower from when I booked it in july so got a bigger room for small price. If you have a good agent they will do thier best to help you as they want you to return for your future trips, they are not out there to hang you dry. Good luck PS there were signs on pursers desk no upgrades available
