valet luggage

anyone with problems with valet luggage ??? got off the freedom jan 22 had valet luggage, there were 6 people in our group all had valet & my bag (1) never showed up in milwakee (non stop ) flight from orlando!!!got southwest looking for it & royal caribbean
just wondering if this happened to any one else??

Not like Southwest to loose luggage, the have an excellent survival rate.

We used the new valet luggage program on the Infinity in Nov, and it worked perfectly. Put our luggage out the night before and didn't see it again until we got it off the carousel in Charlotte.
