Vancouver rental cars

Are there rental car outlets at Canada Place (and that allow drop-offs at the airport)? Since we will be getting off the ship early and have an afternnon flight, a short rental may be the best way to handle all the luggage and still give us some mobility until flight time.

We were there a few weeks ago. We had a reservation with Avis which did have a counter set-up in Canada Place. Avis had a van come to pick us up & take us the few blocks to their rental office. They were very accomodating & great to deal with.
