Patricia, there were a lot of people, but it was never "crowded" if you know what I mean. Sure some of the lines at breakfast and lunch were long, but my motto is it is better to be standing on line than standing in front of the stove! And if you waited, the lines dwindled down. I was a little suprised when I saw how "small" the pool and deck area was compared to other ships we have been on, but we never had a problem getting a chair. I would imagine if you go during spring recess there will be a lot of kids, but who knows. If your kids get along and enjoy being with each other, don't worry about it. I had NO PROBLEM at all navigating the ship. It is very easy to get around. Only thing I "didn't like" was that they had the signs for cabins in an out of the way place; kind of away from the elevator and stairs. You know, the signs that say odd cabins this way, even that way. For some reason I just couldn't get my bearing when I would get off the elevator and almost ALWAYS went the wrong way lol. No biggie, I would just make a turn around. The Victory and her sister ships are beautiful and I would sail on any of them again in a minute. I love Carnival. Good luck in your planning!
