Make sure you wash your hands AFTER you get your food at the buffet. I've read that they think this is the way germs are being spread. Also, don't use the handrails on the stairs if possible. Don't touch the buttons in the elevators with your hands. Use your blouse or something else. Don't touch your face or eyes until you can get your hands washed first. Packing Imodium is a must for any cruiser, IMO.
