Cruising the Med. later this year, as a U.S. citizen all I need is a passport, however, what about non citizens? If you are part of the shore excursions, will there be a form to fill out? Will RCI help on this or are you on your own?

If you take me serious, it's your problem
I don't quite understand your question... are you a non citizen of the US, sailing from the US?? As for the ports of call, it is each country which decides the need of a visa or passport, not the cruiseline.

I'm not familliar with the european countries and their customs laws. I'm sure someone here will be along shortly who can answer better than i.

I also do not understand.. if you are a non US citizen sailing from a US port you would have needed a passport to enter the US to begin with so i am confused...unless you are sailing from outside the US to the med then i can kinda understand where you are comming from ...

It's just the question is a little confusing to me... maybe i am simply not understanding your question properly.

Mr.D is correct. Each country has its own requirements. You must check with each country or check with a knowledgeable travel agent, which does not include Royal Caribbean. The person at Royal Caribbean who will answer your questions barely knows their own product and is NOT a knowledgeable travel agent.

If you use a travel agent, find one that has expertise in European cruising.
