I just posted to your other Q. Sorry I just now saw your postings about vow renewal. I answered other info in my other post. But, as for dress, you'll see all sorts of things. Some couples do a suit and a dress or "Easter" looking dressy suit. Others go all out in tux and wedding dress. My hubby wore a dark suit and I had a long strapless cream/Ivory colored dress with a sheer wrap. I wanted it to be special and my dress was actually from a bridal store. It's for renwals, less formal weddings or could be a bridesmaid dress ( only it wasn't what you often see in bridesmaid dresses........this one is gorgeous!!! ). I did the hair up with a special tiara type headpiece.......nothing like a major crown on my head or anything.......haha.......but, just a little subtle glimmer and pearls. For me, I wanted to dress up and make it special. But, for others, making it special could be in pants and a Hawaiian shirt! So, really, it's whatever you want to wear.
