Is there a way to find out if a certain waiter is still on the Grand and if so is there any way to request him for your traditional dining again?

If you have traditional dining booked, when you get onboard, go to see the Maitre d'...........don't know how easy it would be to juggle. You could try calling Princess now to ask them the possibilites of passing your request on and see their reaction....nothing to lose.....
