Hi fellow cruisers!

If anyone here has had a good experience with their walkie talkie while on board

a ship, would you be kind enough to post your pros and cons as well as the make

and model number of your unit? We're shopping for a set of radios.

It' been established that families should have a code word that lets everyone know

they are speaking to the right person.  For example the husband who told a "female voice"

that he was going off the ship while in port and it was acknowledged... but it was the wrong voice!

Meanwhile his family was scouring the ship looking for him!

So... good walkie talkie experiences and the make and model # of those good ones please!!
