Received my docs yesterday for my Zenith to Bermuda cruise, & no, it was not printed anywhere on my docs. I will be sure to bring my paper work from the TA, which says that the $50.00 credit should be applied.

Just got back from the July 5th Constellation Baltic cruise and the $50 was posted as a credit when we got aboard ship.

The credit you are talkibg about - is that because you are a Captain's Club Member and paid the $35 fee that was required way back when?

I am about to book on the Century and have not heard a word about the $50 credit. Was there a coupon or something mailed to CC Members?

Do you know what I am talking about?

Thanks

We are members of the CC and received the $50 coupon as well as cabin coupons back in the April/May timeframe. Since we had booked about 2 weeks before we received the coupon the TA would not accept the cruise coupons. However, I mailed the $50 credit coupon directly to Celebrity (it says you can do this in the small print on the bottom of the coupon). When I called Celebrity they could not verify that they had the coupon however, I then called the CC directly and they indeed verified that they had the coupon and it would be applied to our account.
I suggest you call the CC - they will probably be more helpful then anyone.
We sail on the Century this week -- August 16th. I will write a review and post it as soon as I can.

Your Credit may not be with your doc's. When you get on board go to the guest relactions desk and let them know that your Travel Agent spoke with CC desk. They will get it posted to your on board account. Our TA called two weeks before we sailed and she advised to check with guest relelations to make sure they do.

It wasn't on our docs, and it took several days into the cruise before they posted it to the account, althoug it was there from the beginning in a log book.

I dealt with cc directly. $200 room credit was appled for final p-ayment and they advised that the $50 on board credit would be applied to account when we boarded ship and it it wasn't, to contact purser.

When I sailed Mercury in August I too was expecting to see that $50 credit. Guest Relations said it would be applied to my final bill. Well, I forgot to check for that and by the time we got home it was too late to do anything (they have PROMISED to apply it to my Feb. sailing.)

I suggest you bring a copy of that credit with you.

Sorry Raider Hater here. Live in Kansas City. The team I think is called the Kansas City Chiefs. GO CHIEFS. Undefeated here. Just curious to see how you pre-ordered wine for your cruise. I like that concept. But is it necessary?
