Cozumel is your only option because Grand Cayman will be expensive. If you plan on using it, Cozumel is after Grand Cayman so it won't do you much good. I don't recall any shops selling that type of watch but I wasn't looking for one either. I am traveling to St. Maarten where I'm told has some of the best (inexpensive) shopping. I'll look around then.
