I finally found the waterproof containers that are about the size of a deck of cards and will hold your sail & sign card, money, etc. while swimming at the Sports Authority. They were $2.99 and $5.99. The only difference I saw was the coloring.
I also want to share with you that Ritz Cameras has reusable underwater cameras for $19.99 called Le Clik. They are housed in a water-tight plastic container and you can use regular 35mm film in it. Takes great pictures!
