I think I paid $2.25 for a small bottles water and $3.50 for the large bottled water on Carnival's Valor last week. My husband purchased a soda card (and a refillable cup for about $5). When he wasn't using it for his soda I used it for my water or iced tea. The water dispensers do have good water. Next time I will just take my own sports bottle to fill up with water and to put my iced tea in. The cups they provide are small and sometimes make the water taste funny...kinda like chlorine. But when I used my own cup I didn't have that problem. You can also buy bottled waters on the islands for usually $1. We found plenty of places at our stops offering water by streetside vendors.
