Waverunners in E.Caribbean??

Hi Everyone,
We'll be sailing on the Explorer of the Seas in June 2005 and noticed that this ship does not offer Waverunners as an excursion. We loved it so much that we want to do it again. Does anyone know if the following ports offer this activity on shore?
St. Martin
San Juan, Puerto Rico
Nassau, Bahamas
St. Thomas

All of the above. Figure on about $50 per half hour per machine on average. I guess the ship doesn't do it do to liability issues. Those things are dangerous! But fun!
