Kiefer turns 1 yr old on Monday, so it seemed like a good excuse for a birthday BBQ. It was really really hot out here today, so it was perfect timing. It's been raining all week, so people were really glad to be able to get out in the sun.
I did up a design on my pc and took it in to the bakery. They scanned it and ran it off on sugar paper, and put it on a 8" carrot cake for me. Mmm...
My friend Pam brought her dog Monty over. Kiefer and Monty are BFF's! LOL! They play constantly, and play really hard!
But even BFF's have to rest once in a while. It was so sweet to find them resting head to head. These guys really love each other!
Kiefer played really hard for about 4 hours, some of it in the hot outdoors. He's been sleeping for hours now, and he'll be tired tonight, and that's always a good thing! LOL!
