Okay, so on the RCI website, it has a number to call for a 'Certified Vacation Planner'. Is this basically a group of RCI TA's?

If so, would you recommend calling them? I'm having a real tough time actually getting in contact with any TA I have my sights on, it's rather frusterating X(

I believe so o_O She works for a travel agency: Morris Murdock Travel. Biggest agency in Utah ... also in which I'm interning for!

morrismurdock.com/agents/agent_detail.cfm?ID=85&office=Logan

That's her info page :)

Main thing is that you are comfortable with the agent.

CLIA is important but not the end of the world if she isn't. Working for a large agency does not mean you are certified.
Again, being comfortable and being satisfied with the financial aspect is the bottom line. And if there are price reductions or upgrades after the sale, she need to be able to go get them for you.

Yup, she's really great :) Very nice and kind of a chatterbox like me ^_^

She does honor price drops, no extra fees, no cancelation policy of her own (only what the cruise has), and she has a number I can call her on :)

New Website Question

How do I pay in full after getting my confirmation number? I realize I need to do some payments before I can add excursions or other fun things.

Can anyone tell me where/how to do this?

Thank you!

I've always used a credit card. If you are using a TA, make sure the credit card charge is through the cruise line and not through the travel agency.
