As others have stated, do your best to arrive the day before in Tampa.We stayed as close as you can to the cruise terminal, Tampa Marriot Waterside.A bit pricey at $130.00 but you are only about 3 blocks to the ships!For a couple bucks you can take the trolly to Ybor City and Channelside.Arriving the day vefore makes the cruise much more enjoyable.Forget transfers and get a taxi. Cost between $20-$25 with tip each way.Much faster and easier than the shuttle buses/vans.
